Popping candy as an ingredient branded Pop Rocks® or Peta Zetas® is available in different flavours and colours, and is available single envelope size of 7 g and 1 kg bags.Food Service Flavour of the Year Award is an award-seal that recognizes flavour quality in food service products, tested by recognized chefs, and it allows identifying and differentiating the best products in flavour amongst competitive products. Pop Rocks® / Peta Zetas® popping candy are small pieces of hard candy that have been gasified with carbon dioxide under a super atmospheric pressure. When these small pieces come into contact inside the mouth, in water, milk, chocolate or other fluids, the gas contained inside the bubbles of carbon dioxide of the candy is released, creating the typical cracking of popping candy.
